The Spinfire External Battery Pack includes your choice of battery, a carry bag and cables. This pack can plug into your machine to give you up to 8 hours of play time. You can optionally remove the internal battery inside your machine reducing the weight from up to 24 kg to just 18 kg. Simply sit the battery pack behind the machine and plug it in to the charger jack.
- Reduce the weight of your machine by up to 6 kg (assumes a SLA battery), making it easier to lift, carry and manoeuvre.
- Easier to charge. Only the battery needs to be carried to a power point for charging.
- Can have multiple batteries for quick swapping and charging (charge one battery while using the other).
- Can have an internal battery and external battery. Once the internal battery goes flat, simply plug in the external battery (note, we recommend your machine should be configured with no internal battery for increased portability and flexibility).
- Easier to replace the battery when needed (SLA batteries last approximately 3 years, Lithium batteries last approximately 10 years).
- One cable for charging and the other for plugging into the machine. Use your existing charger unless you are upgrading to a lithium battery from a SLA battery, then you will need to purchase a lithium charger too.
If you already have a healthy internal battery and you want to remove it, converting it into an external battery, you only need to purchase the battery carry bag and wires.
Only machines from 2018 and onwards are capable of using this External Battery Pack. If your machine has a 3 position master switch (0, I and II) then you can use this product. If not, please contact us about obtaining an upgrade kit. SLA batteries comes with a 6 month warranty, lithium come with a 3 year warranty.

If you experience a delay with receiving your parcel(s) we recommend you contact your local Australia Post outlet to see if they are holding it for you. Please also feel free to contact us if you would like us to assist you with tracking your parcel(s).
Returns & Exchanges:
Provided you have not used your racquet or product & it's in exactly the same condition as when we sent it to you, we are happy to refund your money or offer an exchange if it is returned within 30 days of your purchase. A tennis racquet or product cannot be returned if you simply change your mind after hitting with the racquet or using the product, so please choose carefully! You must send the racquet/product back to us and postage is at your own cost. We do not provide a refund on a racquet if you have requested that we install strings for you (racquets that were sold as unstrung or pre-strung will be accepted for a refund). Afterpay orders can only be exchanged for a product or gift certificate.
If you are exchanging a product, we offer free shipping of the replacement product from us to you (Australian residents only and excludes bulky items). We do not offer free shipping to New Zealand customers and will provide a quote before proceeding.
